The production process for heat exchanger components involves several steps, which ensure careful, specialized, and optimal processing of each individual piece. These steps are carried out with all the materials we work with, in order to guarantee the highest quality of all the products we create and adapt to the needs of our customers. Each product is manufactured according to the most commonly used dimensions; however, we also create ad hoc solutions developed to meet the needs of individual customers. Production is carried out using state-of-the-art automatic machines, which allow us to be flexible in our processing and fast in our delivery.

180° bends
Stainless steel components for heat exchangers manufactured with specialized machinery. The measures of the inter-axis and height of the bends are customizable, starting from a tube diameter of 9.52 mm up to 16 mm. We take care of the whole manufacturing cycle of the bends: from the design to the working of the ends, through the processes of belling, calibrating, tapering and swaging. Finally, we take care of the washing and polishing process of each single piece.
Elbow adapters
Stainless steel components of heat exchangers that we always customize according to the customer’s needs. The bend measures range from 10° to 90°, while for the tube diameter we follow standard measures ranging from 9.52 mm to 30 mm. We also take care of the whole manufacturing process: from the design, to the working of the ends, through processes of belling, calibrating, tapering and conification. We also carry out the washing and polishing processes, delivering a finished and quality product in the planned time. We also manufacture S-shaped bends with pitch offset and customizable lengths, according to requirements.
Stubs
Stainless steel components of heat exchangers manufactured to the customer's drawing. Tube diameter measures from 9,52 mm to 30 mm, the lengths are customizable according to the needs. We take care of all the manufacturing steps: from the belling, to the calibration, the tapering and the conification. We also carry out the washing and polishing processes.
Crossover
Made in stainless steel according to the customer's needs, the handles are one of the main components of the heat exchangers. We manufacture them using top quality materials and in record time, always guaranteeing a product that meets the customer's requirements, and following the whole manufacturing cycle: from the belling, to the calibration, tapering and conification. We also take care of the washing and polishing processes of each piece.
