Tumbler Air
When we decided to create our pneumatic glass tumbler, we chose a lightweight and extremely easy-to-handle prototype that would speed up the processing of pipe ends for both welding elbows and manifolds. In addition to the total absence of chips, Tumbler Air guarantees clean and fast processing and, if you're wondering, yes: it is completely customizable to suit your needs.
Tumbler HD e HDP
Hydraulic tool complete with trolley, hydraulic power unit, and gun with equipment for forming the cup at the ends of the exchanger tubes.
It is a simple, lightweight, and flexible system that can be easily moved thanks to its trolley. In addition, the quick change of equipment allows you to work on a wide range of pipes, from thin copper models to thick stainless steel ones.
The gun is available in two versions: HD and HDP.
- The HD version forms the cup by pushing.
- The HDP version, on the other hand, uses a petal forming system.
This tool allows the formation of the cup on a wide variety of pipes and thicknesses, both copper and stainless steel, on expanded and non-expanded pipes.
Thanks to its structure, it can work on pipes with diameters ranging from 5 mm to 26.7 mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.27 mm to 2 mm, depending on the material to be expanded.
